Product Description
The TS-A1371R 5-1/4"" speaker sports a silver film tweeter for comprehensive high-frequency coverage that really sparkles, while a nicely-sized polyester fiber midrange speaker ensures the vocals have realistic warmth and texture. Pioneer reinforces the woofer cone with Aramid fibers for strength and couples the cone to a butyl rubber surround for standout bass and long-term speaker life.

They are not the best speakers I have ever heard, but sound great and do the job, based on the amount you spend. The 3-way really makes a difference, and you can hear the extra clarity in sound, versus a 2-way. They worked much better, when hooked up to an amplifier, but sound good coming straight from the deck.
