The non-fatiguing butyl rubber surround keeps your speakers secure as well as extending the life of the product. A 1” high-temperature ASV voice coil provides the richest sound, ensuring low distortion and providing an open sound stage. The blue poly injection cone looks great and allows your music to resonate with full power. The 20 oz. magnet structure, 1” neodymium film dome midrange, and ¾” piezo tweeter are what power these speakers and allow for a 100 Hz – 20 kHz frequency response. This is a really great speaker. The quality is more than good enough fro the price that you pay. I bought these with a set of 4" two-ways from Pyle. I swear that when I turn on bass boost in my car, they handle it just like a basic sub. I don't know how long they'd last keeping it like that, cause I don't. But they are very good. Very clean and clear sound that is put out well.

Bought as replacement speakers for door speakers in a 1988 Dodge Dakota pick-up, they sound great. The grill cover looks well made and sturdy. Update 04/03/09: Excellent value for the price paid, remember they are not $150 speakers so don't compare them to an expensive pair of speakers. If you want a deep bass sound you will have to add a amplifier to your sound system.

Used to replace my stock speakers. They work well. If you have bad speakers and want a cheap replacement this work. haven't had any issues.

Great value for the money. If you're looking for a good sounding cheap pair of speakers for the doors of your car, i would recommend these.
Baseline Speakers Done Well

What baseline stock speakers should be. I wanted to replace all my factory speakers without spending a ton of money. I used to be somewhat of an audiophile so $23 a pair speakers worried me, but I was pleasantly surprised. They are sized for factory replacements as well.
